PortraitsWe do on location photo shoots for models and portrait sessions for individuals and couples. A typical photo shoot lasts about two hours and the photographs can usually be delivered in a week or two.
This is Andrea. It was raining on the day of our photo shoot. She stood out in the rain for a few minutes, and then we took cover in a shed and created a series of shots. |
Travel PhotographyWashington State has many amazing travel destinations. Our travel photographs have been published in Seattle area, and Washington State travel guides frequently through out the years. Washington State has everything - wide sandy ocean beaches, deep river gorges, rolling wheat fields in the Palouse region and now countless vineyards and wineries.

Abandoned Washington StateMy most recent book presents a fascinating glimpse into history, through captivating photographs of places now abandoned. Each photograph has a story behind it, and it is through these thought-provoking stories and first-hand accounts that one can find a human connection to the people that once lived, worked, and in some cases died at the places revealed in this book. The diversity of what has been abandoned in Washington State is truly amazing: from old trucks and steam locomotives consumed by rust, to multi-billion-dollar government and military projects. Within these pages, an adventure awaits, for many of the locations explored in Abandoned Washington State are unknown even to life-long residents. You can purchase the book here:

Personal ProjectsPhotographers often create personal projects, which can be a single photograph or an entire series taken over several years. While is it awesome to work for great clients, the photographer is taking photographs of things their client wants. With a personal project, on the other hand, the photographer takes photographs of subjects they want, subjects that truly interest them without any thought of whether or not someone will ever buy them. This is photography for the fun of it. Rodeos are among my favorite subjects.
